We don't sell cheap puppies, we sell quality puppies. We reserve the right to refuse to sell puppies to anyone with questionable reasons for buying dogs. Puppies must be examined within 72 hours by a vet after you get your dog.
Conditions of Sale

1. The breeder guarantees that the described puppy is in fact a
purebred Miniature Dachshund with AKC registered parents.
2. The breeder cannot guarantee adult size or conformation.
(This out of our hands, but take a look at the parents..)
3. The breeder guarantees this puppy to be in good health, to
the best of their knowledge at time of sale.
3a. The breeder guarantees that this puppy is free of infectious
diseases and parasites for 72 hours after leaving the
breeder's residence.
3b. The buyer will have 72 hours after taking possession to have
the puppy inspected by A licensed Veterinarian for health
issues. If the Veterinarian should find any problems, the
puppy will be exchanged for another of equal value when
one becomes available. The Veterinarian's
documentation must be provided to determine validation of
the problem found. The breeder reserves the
right to have the breeder's Veterinarian examine the puppy
before any exchanges are granted.
3c. All guarantees are nullified if the buyer fails to follow
through with a Veterinarian examination within 72 hours of
taking possession of the puppy.
3d. The breeder assumes no responsibility for any medical bills
that the puppy might Incur once the puppy leaves the
breeder's possession.
4. The buyer is responsible for the health, temperament and
well being of the puppy upon taking possession. The buyer
also agrees to properly care and provide for the puppy.
5. The buyer will be provided with all records of vaccinations,
worming and dew claw removal with purchase of the puppy.
6. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable to
another puppy if something unforseen was to happen to the
puppy you reserved while still in the breeder's possession.
7. If requested, the breeder will provide a photo-copy of the
ACK pedigrees of both the mother and father of the
purchased puppy. Or I can e-mail you a copy when
considering a purchase.
8. All Dachshund puppies are sold with limited registration (for
pet only) unless otherwise specified.
9. All Dachshund puppies sold with full registration (breeders)
will be provided with registration papers at the time of
purchase.
10. A deposit is required to hold a puppy of your
choice. (Please do not send cash). The remaining balance
will be due at the time your puppy is 6 weeks old.
11. Most puppies are ready to go to their new home at 8 weeks
of age if being picked up.
