Breeder Conditions:
I, Anna Phillips, love my dogs and puppies very much as they
are a part of our family and we want to see them go to the best homes they can, to live a long
happy life. We will not knowingly sell to pet stores, brokers, or a known pet abuser. I the
BREEDER warrant that this dog/puppy has been wormed and vaccinated in accordance to
its age, and both parties agree that it appears healthy at time of sale. BREEDER does not
assume any liability for any injury to the said puppy after delivery has taken place. Any
known defects or imperfections have been disclosed above. BREEDER guarantees all
paper work given is true to the best of my knowledge, and that the dog/puppy is a purebred
Miniature Dachshund with AKC, CKC, and/or APRI registered parents. BREEDER cannot
guarantee adult size, disposition, coat type or color. I will not guarantee a puppy if I see
signs of abuse, neglect, or mistreatment, this contract is null and void at that point. I do not
restrict the right of the new owner to breed or show this animal (Unless Stated). This animal is ultimately being
sold as a pet, so therefore any out come of breeding or showing is the responsibility of the
new owner, so please breed responsibly. If you do not plan to breed please Spay or Neuter
your dog/puppy.
Buyer Conditions:
You the BUYER of this puppy/ dog agrees to maintain this animal in good health at all times.
This includes the following: assumes responsibility and to carry on with appropriate
vaccinations, exercise, and feeding schedule as directed by the breeder or your
veterinarian. You need to be aware that the puppy is a baby and sometimes may get sick
due to stress or other related reasons. The puppy is leaving our home and is entering a new
environment with you in its new home, and stress related sicknesses may occur such as
diarrhea, vomiting, etc, this is normal. The BREEDER can offer no further guarantees once
the care of the puppy is no longer under their control. If for any reason you are unable to
care for the above animal, you MUST return the dog/puppy to me the BREEDER at
(Do Not take the dog to the Animal Shelter/ Pound). This can be days,
months, or years after purchase. There will be no refund for this; we will either keep the
dog/puppy ourself or find a good home for the animal. In addition at no point will you or
should you the BUYER resell the said dog/ puppy with out the knowlendge of the BREEDER.
This contract is limited to the BUYER of the said dog/puppy above with signature of BUYER
below, and can not be transferred to any other party.
Health Guarantee:
I the BREEDER will guarantee the above stated animal for 1 week from date of purchase
against Life Threatening Genetic Defects. You the BUYER should have dog/puppy checked
buy a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase (buyer pays vet fees). Should
dog/puppy be found other than healthy, written documentation is required from BUYERS
veterinarian on their office letterhead with their contact info, I will then have a second
opinion done by my Veterinarian. After it is confirmed by my Veterinarian you can return the
said dog/ puppy with all paperwork and puppy pack given, and BREEDER will replace said
dog/ puppy with a dog/puppy of equal or lesser value when available or refund of purchase
price minus the deposit, (this is at the BREEDERS full discretion- this means that if
BREEDER chooses to replace dog/puppy and you decide not to accept a replacement, this
is your decision and BREEDER has fulfilled the obligations of this contract.). If you choose
to keep puppy knowing of the said health problems, BREEDER is no longer responsible for
the said dog/puppy. We do not guarantee against conditions such as Alopecia, Demodex
Mange, Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Guardia, Parvo, Parasites, Viral/ Bacterial Infections,
Mites, Fleas or Ticks, these are treatable conditions and some are found almost everywhere
and your dog/puppy may be exposed to them just on your way home. We are not
responsible for any medical bills, shipping charges, etc. Associated with the above
dog/puppy once out of our care. Remember this is a baby and comes with a lot of
responsibilities, and you must take responsibility for this new addition in your family, just as
you would a child.
I the BREEDER and I the BUYER have read this contract and agree to the said terms of this
contract. The BUYER also acknowledges any and all stated defects, and therefore can not
seek further compensation for treatment or execution for stated defects.
